Sea World

I LOVE LOVE LOVE SeaWorld.  I remember going there when I was younger and I loved it.  I love the whales, sea lions, dolphins, etc.  I love the tricks.  It was a blast.

I thought this was an amazing picture!  Look how high the whale is off the water.
This was one of my favorite shows, the sea lion show.  So funny.

This was the shark tank.  Kind of scary but cool picture.

Disneyland - October 2012

So for Brielle's 5th birthday we decided to take the girls to Disneyland.  We had a great time.  We met characters, waited in lots of lines and rode tons of rides.  I have not been there since I was about 6, so it was like I was there for the first time as well.  I love that Brielle loves the rides.  The faster, the better.
We had a great time in Cars Land.  It was a blast.
This was one of my favorite rides.  I thought it was so fun in the hovercrafts.
 We love Disneyland!  WAHOO!!!
Bugs Land was also a blast.
This was definitely one of my favorite things, the World of Color in California Adventure.  It was so amazing!!!
This is also one of my favorites.  Notice Brielle's tongue sticking out.  Stinkin' adorable.
We love Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
We had a lot of laughs...
 Lots of smiles.....
We will definitely return here.  What an amazing place!  Happy birthday Brielle (very late).

Arches - October 2012

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!  This is one of my favorite places.  My brother, Chris, and his family were here and wanted to visit.  Anyone else love this place as much as me?
I love these girls so much.  They are so close and I love it.
Brielle hiked Delicate Arch there and back by herself.  She was a rock star!

Mt. Timpanogos - September 2012

One of the things on my bucket list was to climb Mt. Timp.  My cousins said they were doing it the end of September, so we (my sister, Shell, and I) decided to join them.  We started at 3 and made it up to the saddle just before sunrise.  It was a beautiful sunrise, although I don't think I have ever been so cold in my entire life.  Because of my hike, I was sweating, so I was wet and then we got up to the top and it was the coldest time of the day, in a very high altitude.  Note to self, wear more clothing that I can add on top of my wet clothes to keep me warm next time!
Here are the girls, my sister Shell, my cousin Amy, a friend of Amy's, my cousin Aubree and me.

We hiked up the back side, Timpooneke Trail, and then back down the Alpine side.  It was nice to see both sides, but I think I definitely preferred the Timpooneke Trail.
Here is the group at the end.  Man it was a hard hike.  I was in so much pain at the end, but it was completely worth it and I plan on doing it again in the future.  It was such a beautiful view both at the top and on the way down.  Of course, I didn't see much on the way up since it was dark.  I love hiking!

Mccall Idaho

For our 10th anniversary, we decided to go to Mccall Idaho for our trip.  WE LOVED IT!  It was so beautiful and we had such a great time kidless.  Here is the cabin we stayed in.  It was very nice.
We played a round of golf where I decided again that it is not a good game for me!
We ate at Steamer's where we had some of the best Spinach Artichoke Dip I have ever had.  It took us over 2 hours to get our food and eat but it was really good.

One night we decided to drive around the lake to see if we could get some pictures of the sunset.  We got some pretty great ones I thought.  The below one is one of my favorite pictures.  I love the contrast of the trees and sunset and water.  AAHHHH
We got massages, which felt really good.  We also enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
Some more sunset pictures.
We also rented bikes and rode for a couple of hours.  It was heavenly.  I could have done it all day.  The weather was perfect and we rode down this really cool mountain that we did not have to ride up so that was pretty great.  Overall it was a perfect 10th anniversary trip!
We would like to thank all those who watched our kids to make this trip possible!  Thank you!!!

August 2012

UBIC.  I don't know what is going on with blogger but I'm having major issues.  Anyway in August we went to Roosevelt (my friend Lisa and her kids and me and my kids) and we had a great time.  We stayed at my parent's house (which was hard since they were not there).  We did crafts, went to a parade, swam for free and went to the playground.  We had so much fun.

Here are my cowgirls!

Of course we visited Bridal Veil Falls this summer.  I loved this picture of Brielle
